In a rain affected match FGCC escaped with a draw after their innings was brought to an end by yet another serious downpour as they chased a high total from Royal Ascot. Under cloudy skies the visitors kept the scoreboard ticking over at a fast rate despite losing wickets. A swashbuckling century was made by Premachandra just before the rain became too heavy to avoid the first of the disruptions to the match. After tea Frimley Green came back refreshed and dismissed the centurion and the rest of the tail thanks mainly to the efforts of Rich Loosley.
