Seven Sports vs Frimley Green Cricket Club - Sunday 28th August 2011, 14:00

Seven Sports (206/2) beat Frimley Green Cricket Club (173 all out) by 33 runs

Match Detail
Aggressive Seven Sports batting on a damp and dead wicket ensured a win in testing conditions. The toss was key, and as a result of losing it FGCC's bowlers toiled in foul conditions, with plenty of moisture in the air. Seven Sports' top 3 all made 50s, old adversary P. Johnson smacking 62 off only 46 balls. In reply, only Dave Brown and Adam Carmichael - playing in his first FGCC game for quite a while - offered much resistance, and despite some agressive batting by Nick Gates and debutant Craig Brown, FGCC capitulated to 169 all out with 5 balls remaining.
