A torrid affair after last year's success against Binsted, where no batsman apart from stand-in captain Mark Russell made double figures against some tight, hostile bowling. With only a modest total to defend, Binsted wasted no time knocking the runs off, with B Hinshelwood hitting a quick-fire 42* to see Binsted reach their target before drinks. A game to forget, although good to see some debutants for FGCC, in particular Ross who bowled well with no reward.
